How do I send my design file?
After you submit a quote request, we'll reply with our preferred file specs and a link to share your file. We accept PNG, PDF, AI, PSD, and most standard formats. Not sure if your file is print-ready? Just send it and we'll tell you.
What's your minimum order quantity?
No minimums on most products. Order one piece or one thousand — we treat every order with the same care. Bulk pricing is available for larger quantities, just ask.
Do I get a proof before you print?
Always. Nothing goes to press until you've reviewed and approved a digital proof. We won't print a single item without your sign-off — no exceptions.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 5–7 business days of proof approval. We ship nationwide from Salado, Texas via UPS and USPS with full tracking. Rush production is available — mention it in your quote request.
What surfaces can you print on?
Birchwood, canvas, ceramic mugs, stainless tumblers, metal, acrylic, glass, magnets, vinyl stickers, and more. If it's flat and stable, UV printing can likely work on it. Ask us about custom surfaces.
Is UV printing really fade-proof?
UV-cured inks are chemically bonded to the surface — not absorbed or sprayed on top. They're resistant to UV light, moisture, and daily handling. For indoor pieces, you can expect vibrant color for decades. Outdoor pieces benefit from a UV-resistant coating we apply on request.
